Senior Project Manager / Account Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
- Independently plan and manage complex online projects and be responsible for keeping with defined project objectives
- As an account manager, you maintain an ongoing dialogue with your customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Understand your customers and their needs, are able to establish long-term relationships with them and play a decisive role in developing the accounts
- Have the thematic and conceptual expertise to ensure that the desired results and quality standards are achieved
Your profile:
- A university/college degree (business or media studies, information science or similar)
- At least 4-6 years relevant work experience, e.g. at a consulting firm or agency
- Extensive project management experience in the Web environment is mandatory
- Passionate about the internet
- Good knowledge of internet technologies
- Very quality conscious, customer- and solution-oriented
- A strong communicator
- Excellent written and spoken German
