Community & Social Media Manager (m/w)

You would like to contribute to exciting customer projects with your know-how in the area of community management? Join us! We are looking for people who are just as passionate about the internet as we are.

Your responsibilities:

  • Continuous supervision of Social Media projects
  • Building and maintaining communities
  • Building and maintaining blogger relations
  • Monitoring and reporting Social Media activities

Your profile:

  • Degree or training in media and communication studies, marketing, PR or similar
  • Experience in the areas Social Media and seeding
  • Experience in dealing with community platforms and tools (Facebook, Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Know-how and intuition in terms of trends and developments in the area of Social Media
  • You are experienced in and enjoy dealing with customers, partners and your community
  • Reliability, quality awareness and team spirit
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Experience as an online editor or content manager as well as knowledge in dealing with content management systems, HTML and Photoshop will be beneficial
