Your responsibilities:
- Independently plan and manage smaller online projects and be responsible for achieving defined project goals
- Support the project team on complex online projects
- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with your clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Understand your client and their needs to foster close, long-term customer relationships
- Perform conceptual work for online projects
Your profile:
- University/college degree (in business studies, media studies, computer science or similar field)
- At least one year of professional experience as an online project manager
- Strong familiarity with project management methods as well as basic business administration knowledge
- Able to structure complex tasks and maintain a clear overview at all times, even during stressful project phases
- Passionate about the internet, have a basic understanding of the technology involved
- Very quality-conscious, customer-oriented and solution-oriented
- A strong communicator
- Excellent written and spoken German
