Project Manager / Account Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
- Independently plan and manage complex online projects, be responsible for achieving defined project goals
- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with your clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Understand your clients and their needs to foster close, long-term customer relationships
- You take over conceptual tasks within the online projects
Your profile:
- University/college degree (in business studies, media studies, computer science or similar field)
- At least 2-3 years work experience as a project manager, ideally in an agency or consultancy
- Strong familiarity with project management methods as well as basic business administration knowledge
- Able to structure complex tasks and maintain a clear overview at all times, even during stressful project phases
- Passionate about the internet
- Have a basic understanding of the technology involved
- Very quality-conscious, solution-oriented and customer-oriented
- A strong communicator
- Excellent written and spoken German
