Munich/Freiburg, 7 December 2007
The redesigned real estate portal Immowelt.de has been online since October. The aim of the relaunch was to guide users through the site based on their specific requirements and design search functions which delivered results far more relevant to users. The new search according to living styles corresponds to the latest Immowelt.de campaign.
The revised website also features valuable background information, such as facts and figures on the local real estate market. Interested users can find all the details they need on their (new) city, including helpful statistics on rental and sale prices. Available properties are presented using multimedia technologies, including slide shows, aerial views, neighbourhood maps and videos.
Virtual Identity was responsible for the revised concept and platform design.
