What you will do:
- Nurture the VI talent network and expand it through active sourcing.
- Plan and support the implementation of HR marketing measures (e.g. events, fairs, cooperations, campaigns, employer branding, etc.).
- Take over content management tasks for our website and other external online profiles for recruiting purposes.
- Organize the cooperation and coordination of job portals and external service providers.
- Support the HR team in the implementation of strategic projects.
