You’re passionate about digital value creation, AI, and a sharp business mindset? We’re expanding our consulting footprint and looking for a Consultant who can drive end-to-end value: from uncovering value pools and shaping KPI-led roadmaps to securing adoption across teams. In this role, you will mature our customer journey consulting, anchor measurable outcomes, and advance AI-enabled ways of working, both for our clients and internally at VI.
What you will do:
Own and evolve customer journey strategies that clearly link to business outcomes, KPIs, and measurable value
Translate business and growth goals into KPI frameworks and test-and-learn roadmaps; quantify impact, prioritize, and steer decisions with data
Facilitate value discovery: frame problems, identify value pools, and design experiments that move the needle
Partner with cross-functional teams (UX, Design, Engineering, Digital Marketing) to turn strategies into shipped outcomes
Lead senior client conversations and build buy-in for KPI-driven decisions
Drive AI adoption: integrate AI into service blueprints and processes, identify high-impact use cases, define guardrails, and set up change management
What we expect:
5–7 years of experience in consulting or a comparable strategic role
Deep customer journey expertise: mapping, diagnosing value gaps, orchestrating cross-channel interventions
Strong client-facing leadership: facilitation, stakeholder management, executive communication
Practical AI experience in a business context: from use-case identification to piloting and process integration
Expertise in at least one VI core craft: UX research, UX/UI design, cloud-native/frontend engineering, or digital marketing
Willingness to travel within Austria (focus on Vienna) and occasionally Germany for workshops; otherwise remote-first/hybrid possible
Proficient in German and English
