- So as not to get rusty, you will also manage selected projects yourself.
- You navigate regularly on our strategic direction and operational excellence and derive measures that help us grow.
What we expect:
- 5 years of experience creating valuable product for end-users and business (preferably digital agency background)
- Proven track record in delivering impactful products and projects for end-users and business
- Communications, UX or technical background
- Analytical and conceptual skills, with an eye for the success critical
- Experience as a leader, with strong communication skills and decision-making ability
- Fluency in German and English
